Elk Township, Gloucester Co., NJ

This Planned Unit Development is currently in the approval process for residential and commercial uses.

Phase 1 – 140 acres with final approval for 35 single family detached home sites (minimum lot size 14,500 sq. ft.), 28,400 sq. ft. of commercial space intended to be a day care center and medical office building, and 87 acres of open space (Currently Under Contract).

Phase 2 – 114 acres with preliminary approval for 230 single family detached home sites, (minimum lot size 8,800 sq. ft.), and 35 acres of open space (Currently Under Contract).

Phase 3 – 69 acres with final approval for 162 single family detached home sites (minimum lot size 8,800 sq. ft.), and 13 acres of open space (Currently Under Contract).

Phases 5 and 6 – 170 acres with preliminary approval for 172 townhouse home sites, 70 single family semi-detached (twin) home sites, 145 single family detached home sites (minimum lot size 8,800 sq. ft.), 96 Affordable Apartments, 46,650 sq. ft. of commercial space, and 75 acres of open space (Currently Under Contract).
Phase 7 – 50 +/- acres zoned Commercial Highway District, and 9 acres zoned Medium Density Residential, adjacent to exit 45 of Route 55. The property is designated as an Area in Need of Redevelopment and can be developed in accordance with the Villages at Still Run Redevelopment Plan, which may provide flexibility in use and development standards.

Voorhees Township, Camden County, PA

3 +/- acres situated on heavily traveled Centennial Blvd. Zoned General Business 2, it is ideal for multiple uses such as medical, childcare, office, and recreational facilities. Easy access to Routes 70 and 73, I-95 and NJ Turnpike.

Lower Makefield Twp., Bucks County, PA

38 +/- acres, zoned R-2, located on Edgewood Road across from Schuyler Drive. (Currently Under Contract)
