ABOUT US The Quaker Group currently owns and manages over 750 residential apartment homes and several commercial buildings in the Philadelphia suburbs and southern New Jersey. Our company philosophy is best described in our vision statement:
Wynmere Chase in Horsham, Montgomery County, PA, was the first apartment community built by The Quaker Group in 1986. Eighty apartment homes with only four apartments per building and an abundance of open space makes it more than an apartment community, it creates a neighborhood. The Cambridge Series apartment homes in Newtown Place were built in 1987 and the Gable Wing Series homes followed shortly thereafter. The historic and convenient location of Newtown, Bucks County, PA, makes this community of 150 apartment homes a highly desirable place in which to live. The Club at Main Street in Voorhees, Camden County, NJ, became the flagship of the Quaker Group when it was built in 1996. This beautiful community of 240 garden style apartment homes is sought after not only for the spacious homes and amenities, but the convenience of the location as well. The Club at Locust Grove, our newest community of 300 apartment homes, was completed in 2004. Located in Deptford, Gloucester County, NJ, this community offers all the opportunities of suburban living, with just a short drive into Philadelphia. The Corners at Newtown Place, a retail and commercial center in Newtown, PA, and office buildings in Montgomeryville, Montgomery County, PA and Voorhees, NJ complete The Quaker Group property portfolio.
We invite you to tour our website to learn more about our communities and the lifestyle that they offer. Our leasing consultants welcome the opportunity to answer your questions, and look forward to showing you why Quaker Group apartment communities are among the best places to live in the Philadelphia suburbs and Southern New Jersey. |
